Covering a range of areas, the primary focus of this role will be to support top tier advisor accounts with Administration, queries and requests and account management support. You will confidently escalate potential issues as necessary to continually deliver excellent customer service maintaining the Company’s highly valued reputation.
A Team player, with a focus on customer excellence. Your drive and enthusiasm will ensure you get the results. You’ll need to be strong in the following areas: -
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Willingness to learn
Some Wrap platform, Account Management knowledge and/or experience, would be of huge benefit although on-the-job training will be provided. Experience working with Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) or a Financial Services qualification (E.g. IOC or CII) would also be of interest
