Crawley based company seek a payroll assistant to join their existing team. Reporting to the HR manager this role will be responsible for the following duties:
*Supporting monthly payroll process ensuring data is accurate
*Dealing with personal data
*Assisting with payroll checks
*Dealing with payroll queries
*Managing employee expenses
*Inputting changes to the payroll system
*Pension sccheme updates
*HR and Payroll reporting
*Ensuring filling is completed after each pay run into employees files
*General administration and database management
Ideal candidate will have some basic payroll experience and be eager to learn and develop. Good IT and communication skills is essential as is a proactive individual who is always striving to exceed expectations.
