Are you a confident Payroller in practice looking for a Supervisor role within a local Top 20 accountancy firm?

A Team Leader is required to join our client’s friendly payroll team, based in our Romford office. This opportunity will suit someone who is hard working, willing to roll their sleeves up, can take initiative and has a positive attitude.

You must have previous experience working within an accountancy firm for at least 2 years and be comfortable working within a fast-paced team, covering internal and external payroll for a variety of clients.

Your role will involve assisting the Payroll Manager in managing a large portfolio of clients and a team of 10 payroll administration staff. You will be expected to provide first-class customer service and support to clients and senior staff alike. In return, you will be working with complex clients, be fully supported in an established Payroll Team, and benefit from a progressive and professional environment.

The successful candidate will:

-         Be enthusiastic about Payroll

-         Personable, Professional and Adaptable

-         Ideally have 2 – 3 years Payroll experience within an accountancy firm

-         Experience using Star Payroll Software desirable.
