Chase and Holland are working exclusively with large and established distribution company based in North Nottingham who are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll and Accounts professional. This is a fast-paced people-oriented business and so the client needs someone who can deal with constant and changing challenges. You will also need to be able to multi task and be completely accurate in your work.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monthly payroll preparation for circa 600 employees
- Processing statutory payments i.e. maternity, paternity
- Processing statutory related documentation
- Processing of Pension queries
- Processing standardised wage increases i.e. NMLW
- Monthly petty cash claims
- Processing overtime accruals
- Running a leavers/starters report
- Processing Payroll Journals
Who should apply?
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Payroll as well as experience of assisting with HR duties. In return the successful candidate will be offered a full time permanent position in an exciting finance team. There is on-site parking as well as a healthy benefits package. Salary will depend on experience but will be between £22,000 and £25,000.
