Payroll Specialist required for long term temporary contract with a well established company in Cheltenham with an immediate start. Working as part of a friendly team you will be solely responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll for upto 2500 employees from start to finish. Your duties will include; manual calculations, sending payments by BACS and cheque, processing starters and leavers, SSP, SMP holiday, tax and NI payments, submissions to HMRC and payroll queries.

Our client is looking for an experienced payroll specialist who can come in and hit the ground running. It is essential you have experience in change management and running large payrolls in excess of 1,000 employees with strong verbal and written communication skills. You must have the ability to adhere to deadlines with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. Previous experience working with a computerised payroll system is essential.
