Payroll Specialist

Our well-established client with offices on an international level are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to be based permanently in their modern state of the art offices in Epsom, Surrey. Duties include the full payroll process where you will be responsible for providing a full spectrum of payroll duties. This is an excellent role for a solid hands-on individual with multiple payroll experience.

Duties will include:

• Prepare payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis

• Incorporate payroll changes and cut-off dates

• SSP and SMP calculation

• Provide management information reports

• Provide security payslips for employees

• Use BACS system for payments, PAYE/NIC

• Client advice and liaison with HM Revenues and Customs

• Complete RTI submissions

You must have

• At least 2 years’ experience of payroll preparation

• PAYE experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent IT skills
