Your new role
As part of a small team and reporting to the payroll and finance manager, you will be responsible for processing the weekly and monthly payroll for c. 250 employees; the payroll and pension administration and accurate and timely RTI submissions. You will be responsible for monitoring and processing auto-enrolment in accordance with HMRC regulations. You will also process expenses and car mileage claims, petty cash and corporate credit card payments and reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to demonstrate excellent experience of payroll processes and a sound knowledge of current payroll and pension legislation. A team player, you will be happy to support in other finance duties during absences due to holidays. You will enjoy providing information to assist the Finance Manager and Director of Finance.
