Payroll Specialist - Northern Europe

What's the role?

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to assist with the Shared Service Centre Payroll processing for 5 countries, covering 1700 employee’s monthly

What does the role involve?

Assisting with continuous improvement to the processes and procedures for increased quality and efficiency.
Providing specialist pay and benefits advice to Business partners and senior managers.
Working directly with the Finance team to ensure accurate recording of all payroll transactions.
Working in partnership with all Stakeholders (HR, ADP, Local MO Finance) to deliver a best in class payroll process
To be the daily contact for the business around payroll.
Liaising with the local government agencies and ensuring compliance of tax recording in relation to pay.

What you need is:
  • Several years' experience of working in payroll, preferably with experience of International payroll processing
  • Shared Service and outsourced payroll provider experience preferred
  • Good analytical skills including excel for payroll reporting
  • Excellent communicator at all levels as will be working with a range of people in the business.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude to assist in the continuous improvement of practices and processes
  • Strong team player
  • Swedish language skills an advantage
