Location: Norwich

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Contract: Permanent

Full time : 37.5 Hours

Hybrid: 2-3 days on site presence

Client;

Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a Not for Profit Organisation who are seeking to appoint a Senior Payroll Officer to join their growing finance division.

Duties will include;

  • Lead and motivate the Payroll team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee and payroll records in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll matters to colleagues and managers.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for management.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and industry best practices.

Person:

  • Proven experience in payroll management and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with payroll software systems.
