Payroll Project Administrator

I am currently assisting a highly regarded organisation in Harrow with their search for a flexible and well organised Payroll Administrator to assist them in a project role for 6 months. This role is offered on a part time basis working 3 days per week.

The successful candidate will work alongside the existing team to take ownership of a transition from a manual process to an automated process and as such will require experience in a similar role as well as a good understanding of manual payroll processing.

The job holder will also have the opportunity to assist with payroll administration and other finance tasks as required. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with other commitments to join a friendly company and enjoy the opportunity to work in a part time capacity.

Duties will include the following:

  • Data cleansing including verifying that data held is correct for each employee
  • Transitioning payroll from manual to online system
  • Setting up the required reporting
  • Running a parallel system for the first month of transition
  • Setting up expenses & P11d reporting

You will need to demonstrate strong payroll knowledge as well as the ability to work autonomously.
