£22-27,000 depending on experience
My client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their finance team. This role would suit payroll professionals from an industry, practice or public sector background. The suitable candidate must have experience of auto-enrolment, RTI and running payroll from time-sheets to payslips; as a result it is likely that they will currently be working in a payroll position.
This role will entail:
*Setting up new starters & processing leavers
*Processing monthly Wages, CIS, NI & PAYE
*Run regular payroll specific reports
*Provide assistance with queries
*Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks
In person, you will be a professional and smartly presented individual who is able to resolve queries professionally and calmly. You must possess an excellent work ethic and be a fantastic team player.
You must also have robust exposure to Payroll software; ideally SAGE Payroll as well as strong Microsoft Excel skills for Payroll Reporting
