This is an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator based in Sevenoaks - Kent - Accounting and Finance - Commerce and Industry.

Description

  • Accurate and efficient processing of starters and leavers

  • Assisting with payroll queries
  • End to End Payroll Administration
  • Ensuring payroll data from departments across the group are gathered in a timely manner
  • Calculation of time-sheets
  • Assisting with the monthly reconciliations of pension reports - Auto Enrolment
  • Assisting with communications between head office and PAs/Staff
  • Updating employee records monthly
  • Statement of earnings request
  • Annual Leave updates
  • General ad hoc payroll tasks
  • Assisting payroll team with projects

Profile

  • Working knowledge of Sage Payroll (Beneficial)

  • Good Excel skills
  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
