Accurate and efficient processing of starters and leavers
- Assisting with payroll queries
- End to End Payroll Administration
- Ensuring payroll data from departments across the group are gathered in a timely manner
- Calculation of time-sheets
- Assisting with the monthly reconciliations of pension reports - Auto Enrolment
- Assisting with communications between head office and PAs/Staff
- Updating employee records monthly
- Statement of earnings request
- Annual Leave updates
- General ad hoc payroll tasks
- Assisting payroll team with projects
Working knowledge of Sage Payroll (Beneficial)
- Good Excel skills
- Good Microsoft office skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
