Our client, a rapidly expaninding outsourcing company, seeks an International Payroll Manager following internal promotion as a result growth. Managing a small team, the International Payroll Manager will be responsible for the payroll of new and existing clients across the globe, working closely with both clients and overseas payroll bureaus to ensure that the figures provided are accurate and that payments are made on time.
Due to the nature of the business, this role will require regular client liaison and therefore applicants should possess excellent communication skills; someone who can build strong relationships both internally and externally to assist in facilitating delivering the client.
As well as having worked in a dedicated payroll position, you should have gained staff supervisory or management experience. International payroll experience would beneficial, however, applicants with pure UK knowledge will be considered on merit.
Whilst partly home based, the role will require regular time in the company's central Bristol office.
