A Payroll Manager is currently being recruited on a permanent basis for a business with an HQ in Middlesex. This role report directly into HR.
Looking after a high volume payroll - the Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for the end to end processing of a monthly payroll across multiple payrolls - ensuring that all statutory deductions are made accurately and on time, all HMRC submissions are made in a timely manner & all queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for multiple pension schemes all statutory reporting.
The Payroll Manager will manage the payroll team and support with the development & training of the team; recruitment of new hires & interviewing.
Additionally, the Payroll Manager will be working with the HR Manger on several payroll related projects - including the implementation of a brand new payroll software.
