As Payroll Manager, you will be expected to deliver a premium service in terms of quality, profit, and sustainability. Your key responsibilities will be;
. Participate in Marketing campaigns to attract new business
. Seek opportunities to grow the client portfolio
. Provide expert advice to pension payroll queries
. Oversee Project management of annual and ad-hoc projects
. Disseminating information to team members on service deliver objectives and targets
. Leading non-client activities
. Assuming responsibility for total workflow management
. Identify team objectives
. Contribute to management meetings
. Conducting appraisals, team objectives, handle HR and manage performance
. Mentor and train, Coach and Develop team members
. Manage in-house BACS bureau
