Salary - 23,000 to £25,000 a year depending upon experience

We are offering this permanent role within a long standing company in the Bideford area who due to expansion is now looking for a HR manager for their head office.
As HR Manager the successful candidate will be have a proven background in the HR arena and be able to demonstrate considerable knowledge of the processes and requirements of the role. You will be predominantly working from the head office with a team of upto 10 so an ability to work with others is essential.
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent communication both written and verbal
Be flexible to new ideas
Proficient in Sage 50 and ideally Xero
Excellent Customer Relations, one to one and on the telephone.
Excellent organisational skills in administration
Ability to prioritise when working under pressure and to deadlines
