Morgan Law is currently working with an NHS Trust in supporting them in their search for a permanent Payroll Manager. In this role you will manage the operational aspects of Payroll and HR with the Shared Service Provider. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expertise on T&C’s of employment and payroll.
- Supporting the Senior Payroll and Contract Manager to manage all aspects of the contract with the outsourced provider of Payroll and HR Admin.
- Being responsible for interpreting and implementing all relevant policies across the department.
- Reviewing and redesigning services where appropriate,
