Payroll Manager

Morgan Law is currently working with an NHS Trust in supporting them in their search for a permanent Payroll Manager. In this role you will manage the operational aspects of Payroll and HR with the Shared Service Provider. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expertise on T&C’s of employment and payroll.
  • Supporting the Senior Payroll and Contract Manager to manage all aspects of the contract with the outsourced provider of Payroll and HR Admin.
  • Being responsible for interpreting and implementing all relevant policies across the department.
  • Reviewing and redesigning services where appropriate,
