Payroll & HR Analytics Advisor

My client is a truly global media business with an unrivalled name in their industry based in High Street Kensington. They are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Payroll & HRIS Advisor to take charge of the outsourced payroll, whilst being the main point of contact for the HRIS system & reporting. Reporting into the Manager of Reward & Analytics, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Take responsibility for the management of the outsourced payroll

  • Working with the managed vendor

  • Act as system super user

  • Data analytics, HR reporting, defining key metrics

  • Implementation and roll out of the new Payroll & HRIS system

  • Being the main point of contact for system queries

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Must have a good understanding of UK payroll legislation, ideally have worked with an outsourced payroll

  • Must be able to analyse and manipulate large amounts of data

  • Advanced level Excel

  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to deal with senior stakeholders

  • Previous experience working in a creative environment would be advantageous
