This role will sit between the Finance and HR functions and will have involvement in all payroll issues across the European entities. Key responsibilities will include: taking the lead in consolidated payroll provision across the European entities; administer social security payments and benefits handling within Europe; assist in establishing social security coverage; manage monthly payroll processes; posting payroll journals; setting payroll policies; and other ad hoc duties as required.
The applicant should be an open-minded and hands-on person with a solid professional background, ideally earned in an internationally operating environment. It is essential that you have excellent computer and communication skills, and are fluent in both English and German.
