Our client are a fast growing service provider based in Westhoughton. They are currently undergoing growth and have 300 employees but is rising year on year. Due to the increase in workload they are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their Finance team on a permanent basis. After placing several people with the business we know they are a great employer and are an exciting business to work for.
- Preparing the Payroll for 300 employees
- Processing any over time
- Liaising with department managers
- Liaising with HMRC and following the procedures in place
- Calculating holiday pay and staff expenses
- Working closely with the Financial Controller and assisting with any other tasks
- Previous experience as a Payroll Clerk
- Strong Excel skills - able to create V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
- Have good attention to detail
