An established Accountancy Practice based in Swansea are looking for an experienced Payroll Clerk to join their team on a full time basis (35 hours per week) and process the payroll for 200 clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience processing payroll for a variety of clients and experience of using Moneysoft Payroll Manager is beneficial (although not a neccesity). The salary for this role is flexible depending on you experience.

Duties for this Payroll Clerk position include:

  • Process payroll for a portfolio of clients using Moneysoft Payroll Manager
  • Weekly/Monthly/4 Weekly Payrolls, ranging from sole trader to 100 employees
  • Process SSP/SMP/Holiday Pay/Paternity Pay/AEOs
  • Liaise with HMRC via phone and letter
  • Liaise with clients via email and telephone
  • Set up of auto enrolment
  • Set up of new payroll clients
  • RTI/P32/P60s/Directors Pay
  • CIS Returns

This role comes with free onsite parking and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
