We are delighted to be working with our Client who currently have a temporary vacancy for a Payroll Clerk.

The main purpose of the position is to work as part of the payroll team, producing payroll from hours coming in through email or by telephone

This role will consist of, but will not be restricted to the following:
Ensure data is entirely accurate and checked before sending to the client
To be conscientious and aid the client with employment law
To ensure up to date legislation is used
To ensure Year Ends are run correctly on time and to go above and beyond your duty as required
Ensure all up to date information is available for other staff to view
Ensure checklists are correct and up to date
Take pride in the presentation of work, especially when sent to clients
To assist with office phone calls as and when required
he above is not an exhaustive list of all duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
