Payroll Clerk

his is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with strong payroll skills to join our office on a part time basis across 3 days. The successful candidate will need to have experience with dealing with HMRC processes, RTI, temp payroll and Sage.

Duties

·Working to make sure all employees are accurately paid following payroll procedures

·Reviewing payroll reports and issuing the relevant data to departments as required

·Managing statutory sick pay (SSP)

·Processing all personal changes

·Putting together worked hours' report & maintaining employee data on to the system

·Update and maintain employee data on the system

·Setting up new employees on to the Payroll Systems

·Administration of employee benefits scheme

·Maintaining the Payroll filing

Requirements

·Payroll clerk experience or in a similar role

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Excellent Excel Skills

·Good team player with positive

·Quick learner and have the ability to work under pressure to meet Payroll deadlines

·Experience in dealing HMRC and Universal credit issues

·RTI

·Sage

Hours of work

Tuesday 9:00 - 17:00
Wednesday 9:00 - 17:00
Friday 9:00 - 16:00
