Payroll Clerk / HR Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a stand-alone Payroll / HR Assistant to join a business based between Bradford and Leeds. Reporting directly to the HR manager your role will be to manage the full end to end payroll process whilst also providing support to the wider HR function.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are to include :

*Processing payroll from start to finish for approximately 250 employees using a time and attendance system
*Dealing with all payroll enquiries via phone and email
*Day to day use and maintenance of the Sage Payroll system
*Keeping up to date with all changes to HMRC and changes in legislation
*First point of contact for all employee relations - coaching and guiding managers
*Processing all HR administration

Elevation are keen to speak to candidates with following skills and experiences:

*Strong end to end payroll processing / management experience
*A good working knowledge of Sage Payroll system
*Have previously worked in a HR Officer/HR Advisor role
*Prior experience in using a time and attendance system
*Have excellent employment law knowledge
*Be comfortable in your ability to build stake holder relationships
