Payroll & Cash Banking Administrator

Due to a member of staff leaving on a long-term basis temporary vacancy has opened up for a Payroll & Cash Banking Administrator.
The successful Payroll clerk will have the opportunity to work within the education sector for a company steeped in history, with a supportive finance team and up-market offices
Your New Job
This is a full time position, the hours are Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm (35 Hours per Week)
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the payroll will be processed by an outsourced company, allowing you as the candidate to organise the payroll and correctly process pensions. Responsibilties will also include processing payslips, pension admissions as well as Cash & Banking
Your Experience & Our Requirements
It is essential that the successful payroll administrator will have experience of the payroll process and responsibilities listed above.
The system is bespoke, but effective communication skills and sharp excel skills will be required (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables etc.)

This is a temporary position for an initial 3 Months, and a permanent offer is not out of the question.
