This is a broad role within HR that will require someone to cover the full Payroll function as well as Benefits and Compensation Analysis and HR administration. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with new starters and leavers including - PAYE, Tax, NI, SSP, SMP, statutory and statutory year end returns including P60s & P11Ds.
- Answer employee queries and resolve payroll/benefit errors in a timely manner.
- Benefits/rewards & pensions - ensuring all employees are allocated to the correct banding and the relevant payments and benefits are correct.
- Accurately track and process employee any pay alterations that have been confirmed and communicated e.g. sick pay, part time contracts and hours etc...
This position will require you to be independent and able to work in a fast paced environment.
This would position would suit someone who has previous stand along payroll experience and looking to take on further duties, just as much as it would suit a previous Payroll and Benefits.
