Payroll & Benefits Manager - Permanent - London - £45,000 - £55,000

Your new company
Working for a widely known and established business, with offices situated in London. This role is likely to have a combination of office and home-based working. You will be tasked with leading a small Payroll team, and manage the effective processing of all things related to Payroll & Benefits.

The company has a growing headcount, and needs someone who understands Payroll from an in-house perspective but can also work with external providers.

Your new role
You will be collaborating with both HR and Finance, but taking a lead on the Payroll function. With your Payroll Management expertise, you will ensure the team have all the data, and ensure that all the checks have been put in place to get the Payroll processed on time. The position will involve day to day management of all the relevant payroll, T & A and HR systems and ensuring they are up to date, whilst also ensuring the professional development of your permanent team members.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be selected for interview:

  • Previous Payroll Management experience, understanding what a good Payroll function should look like
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong excel and system skills
  • iTrent system experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience outside of the BAU
