My client is a market leader in travel and logistics.
Due to a newly created role, they are in pursuit of a PAYROLL AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR to join their payroll team with a focussed remit to be involved in the roll out and improvement of their benefits platform.
To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -
- have proven ability of being involved in rolling out a benefits platform or implementing changes to a benefits platform
- be able to liaise with relevant stakeholders in the business
- enjoy working in a small team
- enjoy an autonomous role and have a high level of initiative and self drive
