Payroll Assistant

Our client is a highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants with a regional office based in Sutton. They now have a career opening for a Payroll Assistant with circa 3 years experience to join their team.

You will report directly to Senior Management and enjoy a varied role which will predominantly be focused on running the Payroll for up to 80 small and medium sized businesses. You will be the first point of contact for any payroll queries, so you must be well organised and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

The position will also involve working closely with a variety of Tax clients and assisting with the completion of Personal Tax computations and filing with HMRC. Whilst some experience of dealing with Personal Tax Returns is advantageous, it is not essential as relevant training will be provided.

The role is based in modern offices and also comes with a competitive benefits package.
