We’re looking for a highly organised, customer-focussed individual with strong attention to detail to join our payroll team in Paddington. In this role you will assist the Payroll Supervisor in running a smooth and efficient monthly payroll service in a busy, fast-paced environment. This will involve working with the payroll system, responding to queries from employees, and liaising with internal colleagues (such as HR and Finance) and third party companies.
To succeed, you’ll be highly motivated, extremely organised with excellent relationship building skills and have a good eye for detail. You will have previous experience in payroll administration, ideally be willing or studying towards a payroll qualification. And have used integrated HR and payroll systems.
You will also have experience of processing and calculating variable payments, manually calculating payslips, producing reports and liaising with statutory authorities. You must be a confident user of Microsoft Office packages with a focus on EXCEL (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables)and be adaptable to different tasks.
