We are looking for a strong Payroll Assistant. You will be required assist the Finance Department with payroll and admin within a UK based not-for-profit.
- Organising and recording the forms required to pay recipients.
- Chasing up any missing forms/correct any errors.
- Making sure forms are received in time prior to payment.
- Entering data onto the payroll system.
- Any other ad-hoc payroll tasks.
Skills & Experience
- Experience using payroll software and working in a Charity Finance department.
- Knowledge and experience of payroll systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proven track record of working to tight deadlines and as part of a team.
- Be ICT literate and proficient with Excel (immediate to advance).
Candidate must have worked within a finance team for a UK based charity.
