Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic payroll assistant to join a small payroll team for a fast expanding company

In line with daily payroll tasks to support decision making at a higher level.
Liaises with internal National, and International departments.
Liaises with internal and external auditors, and external bodies when required.
Trains other employees where appropriate.
Responsibility of Action
Maintains archive/safe contents/location listings.
Prepares Corporate bulletins.
Takes all possible steps to preserve confidentiality in relation to payroll data.
Carries out daily, monthly and annual payroll related tasks.
Responsible for the payroll department email inbox.
Processes the monthly Corporate management payroll.
Processing of all starters / leavers.
Processing payroll statutory payments.
Processing of attachment of earnings orders.
Preparation of manual monthly payroll journal.
Reconciles monthly pension contributions and maintains the stakeholder pension scheme.
Ensures compliance of company and workplace pensions.
Maintenance of company benefit schemes.
Maintains payroll and personnel files.
Preparation and submission of salaries by BACS.
Supports employees with payroll related queries.
Maintains AIS data.
Arranges settlement of PAYE and NI payments.
Processes tax year end documentation, maintains employee P11D information and produces the relevant documentation for HM Revenue & Customs.
Preparation and submission of P11d's.
Processing of P46 car forms.
Arranges PAYE settlement agreements.
Preparation of long service certificates.
Processes annual salary increments for the business.
Processes the monthly expatriate payroll, including visa applications.
Maintains expatriation guidelines and welcome packs.
Ensures National & International Deadlines are complied with for own area of responsibility.
Ensures the security of documentation and electronic data in the area of responsibility.
Maintains appropriate logs for data in the area of responsibility.
Checks invoices for services & equipment in own area, following company procedures.
Maintains an efficient and well organised filing system for area of responsibility.
Ensures that all documentation in the area of responsibility is archived orderly for the correct period and arranges its disposal at the end of the archive period.
Ensures that the workstation and surrounding area is well organised.
Works in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in End to End Payroll
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to perform end to end Payroll Tasks
Previous experience with Pensions would be beneficiery
Ability to fit in to the corporate environment
Temporary role with opportunity to be taken on permanent for the right candidate
£15-15.60/hr + Holiday Pay (Equiv. salary £30,580pa)
