Your new company
You will be working for a large shared service centre in their busy Bristol office. Based in Emersons Green with free, on site parking.
Your new role
You will be working on a 12 month FTC and your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all employees are paid accurately and on time and to understand all Benefit plans, ensuring all employee benefits are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for all payroll processing input and checked on a daily basis, manual payment requests and ensure timesheets are extracted/uploaded/updated within agreed deadlines. You will also be checking exceptions reports, running wage variance/recharge reports and balance recharge/wage variance reports. You will carry out all aspects of benefits administration - Maintaining benefits for medical insurance, pension plans, Sharesave & SIPS schemes, Cycle to work, Childcare Vouchers and any other employee benefit, and deal with any queries raised by employees, HMRC or any other government bodies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous Payroll experience (ideally end-to-end). Knowledge/experience of benefits administration would also be an advantage. You will have also previously used SAP. You must be a team player, be highly organised and be able to work on your own initiative
