Payroll Assistant - Part Time

KCR Solutions are recruiting for two Payroll Clerk's to work for our fantastic client headquartered in Sunderland. They are looking for someone with a great working knowledge of payroll and the ability to efficiently use Excel.

They have two roles with various hours:

Monday- Wednesday (20-24 hours)


  • Processing high volume payroll
  • Starters and leavers
  • One-off payments
  • Checking payroll changes
  • Tax uploads
  • Payroll reconciliations / Data cleansing
  • Various reports
  • Third party payments
  • Assisting with correspondence and customer service
  • Ad-Hoc tasks as and when required

Person Spec:

  • Demonstrated payroll processing experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel
  • Awareness or experience of working in a payroll bureau (advantageous)
  • Understanding of payroll legislation and processes
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
