Payroll & HR Administrator
Pay: £10,000.00 pa
20 hours per week
Our client have a vacancy for a Payroll & HR Administrator, working 20 hours per week over 4/5 days, supporting the HR/Payroll Manager.
They offer a great working environment with a lovely team.
·Experience in Payroll (Sage preferred)
·Experience using Microsoft applications
·Be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
·The ability to work individually and within a small team
·Good communication skills
·Have a general understanding of 'FinancialAccounts’
·Preparetimesheets using clocking in/out software and Microsoft Excel
·Process the weekly and monthly Payrolls using Sage 50 Payroll
·Process and submit P45s, P46s, and RTI reports to HMRC
·Be the point of contact for Payroll queries
·Support the HR/Payroll Manager by using the HR system to process and record personal data/information, communicate to colleagues and other activities
·Support the HR/Payroll Manager with general administration duties
·Process and run the monthly Supplier Payments and any payment requests
