An excellent opportunity for an ambitious dual manager of Payroll and Credit AR. This company is a high profile multi entity business which spans the entire of the UK and is a leader in its field.
Your new role
The role as Payroll and Credit Control Manager combines both Payroll and Credit management below. You will be managing two Payroll Assistants and one Credit Controller.
The payroll is for over 1000 staff on a weekly basis and is a fast paced function. You will be managing the reporting and analysis of the labour force and ensuring pay is accurate. You will strive to improve the processes and up-skill the staff.
Credit control and accounts receivable chasing of payments for providers across the UK with a total value of approx £5 million per month.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent payroll legislation knowledge and credit control expertise. Management exposure is a plus but not essential. Good ms excel is also advised. Strong communication skills are essential for the role.
