Our client seek and experienced payroll administrator with ideally bureau experience to join their team.
Processing Client payrolls with various pay frequencies
Completing Excel spreadsheets with clients payroll and pension information where necessary
Processing new starters and leavers issuing P45s
Sending FPS/EPS to HMRC
Advising clients of PAYE and NIC liabilities on a monthly/quarterly basis
Processing auto enrolment pensions through payroll and uploading pension file or manually entering figures in to pension portal and processing payment
Setting up new PAYE schemes for clients with HMRC and also on to Earnie payroll software
Payroll Year End processing along with issuing of P60s
Dealing with any payroll queries and all other general payroll processing.
You will also be involved with VAT returns and general accounts queries
