£20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Our client has a positive reputation within their industry, with multiple offices up and down the UK. Due to demand for their professional services, they are looking for two experienced Payroll Administrators for their offices in Lincoln and Spalding.
The Payroll Administrators main responsibility will be the timely processing of their client's payrolls and supporting the more junior members of the team.
As the successful Payroll Administrator, your other duties will also include:
-Action client enquiries relating to payroll, benefits and expenses
-Ensuring deadlines are met
-Data entry of sensitive and confidential client information
-Reviewing the work of trainees and processors within your team
-Uploading pension files
A full job spec and brief is given if requested, the ideal candidate would have the following:
-Great communication skills
-Payroll experience working within a Bureau or client service provider
-Ability and experience in running multiple payrolls
-Meticulous working nature
-Have basic knowledge of Auto Enrolment Pensions, Apprenticeship Levy and Employment Allowance
-Possess or be willing to work towards Payroll Level 3 Qualification (desirable)
