Payroll Administrator

Our Client, an established firm of Chartered Accountants, are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their friendly team near to Rowlands Castle on a part-time basis around 20-25 hours per week.

You will be responsible for carrying out the monthly, weekly and Director only payrolls for a portfolio of around 75 small businesses and Directors. You will also be involved with pensions, auto-pay and online banking.

The role is office based, although there is the opportunity to work remotely from home occasionally. This part-time hours can be worked either 3-4 full days or over 5 days if preferred.

You will have a strong payroll background in either a practice or bureau environment, with good experience of managing a variety of client relationships.

A working knowledge of Sage and Xero payroll software would be an advantage.

The firm have very nice offices and offer an excellent working environment with good prospects.
