Page Group are currently working with a successful Engineering business who are based in Rotherham. Our Client is recruiting a Payroll Officer on a temporary basis and offering an immediate start.

Client Details

Our Client, a leading Engineering business based in Rotherham, have grown rapidly in recent years and have successfully made frequent acquisitions which have allowed them to grow the business and their employee head count. This company pride them selves on their staff retention and are now adding further to their established Finance team by recruiting a Payroll Officer at their Head Offices in Rotherham to assist in an exciting new project.

Description

The role of the Payroll Officer will include but won't be limited to; processing the monthly payroll for a high volume of employees, changing starter and leaver details on the system, inputting timesheets and making necessary amendments, processing overtime hours, processing expense claims, starters and leaver details, calculate holiday and sickness pay, assist in a new project, and other ad hoc duties as requested.

Profile

The successful Payroll Officer will have previously worked within a payroll environment and ideally be immediately available or available at short notice.

Job Offer

£23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience + immediate start + free on site parking + excellent company benefits and discounts
