This Payroll Administrator position is working for a large IT company based in Slough.

Description

This Payroll Administraotr position will invovle the following responsibilities:

  • Input all data changes into the payroll systems in a timely manner

  • Resolve payroll queries in a timely and empathetic manner referring to Payroll and/or Line Management as appropriate

  • Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation in terms of SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP.

  • Check all input produced for other payroll processed within Department.

  • Upload timesheets from the sites/departments into the payroll system.

  • Send payslips to employees to arrive by payday.

  • Send P45's to leavers.

  • Ensure FPS/EPS sent in timely manner

  • Ensure overpayment deadlines are adhered to

  • Provide ad-hoc reports, i.e. costing report and journal for management accounts as and when requested

Profile

The successful candidate for this Payroll Administrator position will need to have the following skills:

  • Prior Payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available on short notice
  • Team player
  • Committed to a 12 month FTC position
