This is a Payroll Administrator position working in Slough.
This Payroll Administrator position is working for a large IT company based in Slough.
This Payroll Administraotr position will invovle the following responsibilities:
Input all data changes into the payroll systems in a timely manner
Resolve payroll queries in a timely and empathetic manner referring to Payroll and/or Line Management as appropriate
Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation in terms of SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP.
Check all input produced for other payroll processed within Department.
Upload timesheets from the sites/departments into the payroll system.
Send payslips to employees to arrive by payday.
Send P45's to leavers.
Ensure FPS/EPS sent in timely manner
Ensure overpayment deadlines are adhered to
Provide ad-hoc reports, i.e. costing report and journal for management accounts as and when requested
The successful candidate for this Payroll Administrator position will need to have the following skills:
- Prior Payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Available on short notice
- Team player
- Committed to a 12 month FTC position
This is a permanent Payroll Administrator position with car parking on site.
