Payroll Administrator- Thornbury Community Services
Part of Independent Clinical Services (ICS).
18-20K base + bonus up to c£2,000 per annum.

To assist in the payroll function for TCS, ensuring that proper procedures and controls are being followed, timescales and deadlines are met.
To support the Finance Manager with ad hoc assignments.
Main Responsibilities:· Resolve any queries that arise by telephone, fax, e-mail, correspondence or via other departments efficiently and promptly, ensuring the call logging database is kept up to date· Daily input of those agency nurse timesheets unable to be processed by the team in India including coding and order references by using the necessary software
- Liaise with other departments to resolve any queries that may arise from a timesheet or query and to ensure that our database is kept up to date
- Scanning and Filing of documentation
- Distribution of blank timesheets to nurses as and when they are requested
- Action any changes in nurse details
- Administration of the Nurse Pension scheme
- Other ad hoc support to Senior Payroll Administrators
- Any other duties as and when required.
Experience in payroll desirable, excellent computer skills. An excellent communicator, who enjoys talking to people. You will be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels. You will be determined and self-motivated, possessing a positive attitude and the drive to succeed. Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills are desirable.
