Payroll Administrator

Reed Accountancy have partnered with a well established organisation looking to recruit a part time payroll administartor to join their team based in Benfeet. This organisation has great staff retention with employees with some working for upwards of 20 years - this will be a great oppurtunity to join a outstanding company. 

- Assist with managing assigned departments with the payroll.
- Compile and enter varied payroll data onto the ERS system.
- Reconciles errors, maintain accurate and updated payroll records.
- Compile payroll data (hours worked, taxes, insurance, union duties, SSP, etc)
- Processing, Information management, and Getting Information from all relevant sources.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Understanding of Payroll
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and reliable.
- Team player
- Good communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information:

- 16 hours per week
- Tuesday and Wednesday working days
