We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to work in our Client's small, friendly payroll team, assisting the Payroll Assistants to manage the processing for a number of clients/business areas.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administration support for the payroll service who run 19 separate payrolls per month
- Ensuring timely and accurate data input onto the Payroll system
- Entering data using Excel and Word
- Dealing with customers via telephone, email, face-to-face and written correspondence.
Applicants should have payroll or accounts experience. Experience of using iTrent payroll system would be a definite advantage, however training can be provided for the right person. Applicants should also have a good understanding of Excel and Word and the confidence to speak to a range of staff, managers and external contacts.
Candidates will also be very accurate, a good communicator, have excellent attention to detail and be adaptable to change.
37.5 Hrs per Week
This position is a 1 Year contract to cover Maternity Leave
