Your new job role
You will be part of the HR team, your key duties will include:
- Payroll for 300 staff on a weekly basis
- Processing holiday pay, overtime, and maternity pay
- Administration to support HR policy
- Keeping updated with health and safety policy
- Other ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, experience in a similar position will be ideal. You will have a keen eye to detail and be adaptable to new systems as the company transfers to similar system.
