Payroll Administrator

My Milton Keynes based Client is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator, to work within a team environment and provide payroll services to multiple clients.

To be suitable for this position you will have experience of handling multiple payrolls and have strong manual payroll calculations skills.

Duties include:

· Daily administration of multiple payrolls with no supervision, to include RTI submissions and process end of year forms P60

· Processing manual payroll calculations to include NI and salary sacrifice schemes

· To utilise your knowledge of PAYE/NIC and statutory payments such as SMP/SAP, SPP and SSP

Administration of pension schemes to include uploading details to pension providers websites

· Payroll reconciliation and analysis

· Liaising with HMRC to resolve any queries that occur

We would be very keen to speak to you if you are looking for a new opportunity within Payroll and bring with you a depth of Payroll experience, ideally with multiple clients but more importantly having the ability to perform manual payroll calculations.
