Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre. This role will report directly into the Payroll Manager and is a great opportunity to further your career within a forward thinking business.

Responsibilities:

Providing support and taking responsibility for processing a large payroll, covering 4 weekly, weekly and monthly payments
Statutory calculations including SMP, SSP, Tax and NI
Dealing with any payroll queries
Liaising with staff to authorise payment files
Updating annual leave requests
Running various payroll reports
Dealing with any adhoc HMRC queries

Ideal candidate

Sage Payroll experience
Experience of working with large payrolls
Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
Able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
Team Player
Good communication skills
