Payroll Administrator / 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hays are pleased to have been engaged by a Plymouth employer of choice who are now seeking to appoint a Payroll Administrator for a 9 month fixed term contract.
Key duties will include:
- Preparation of timesheets for a large number of internal departments
- Reconciling to computerised Time & Attendance system.
- Checking posting for bonus spreadsheets, answering queries.
- All Payroll administration dealing with Insurance, Pension, all payroll and PAYE related problems.
- Involved in both we weekly and monthly payrolls
- Ad hoc payroll reporting
You will be able to demonstrate relevant experience together with a professional and diplomatic approach. Any experience of Excel will put you at a distinct advantage.
