Payroll Administrator

A well established niche accountancy practice based in Croydon are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. 

Working closely with the payroll manager and the rest for the payroll team you will be responsible for submitting weekly/monthly payroll for national and international clients.

Duties include

Collating and inputting client timesheets, net and gross bonuses, commissions, hours, overtime, expenses and pension payments
Processing different Pension spreadsheet, inputting data and sending to pension companies
Calculating all HMRC payments (SMP/SPP/SSP/TAX/Employee/EmployerNI and student loans)
Collating and entering new entrants details including personal information, salary and pension details, processing of P’45/46s, student loans.

The ideal candidate will have previous practice/bureau payroll experience and will have worked on SAGE or IRIS.
