Payroll Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join our client over in West Hull

Skills required:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of tax codes, payroll processing
Excellent use of Microsoft office, previous experience of excel essential
Ability to maintain professionalism whilst liaising with clients, and experience working with other departments in the company to complete the payroll process - good spoken and written communication skills
Proven track record of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment to strict deadlines
Good time management skills
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of statutory payments such as SMP/SPP/SSP also ideal
Knowledge of new pension laws advantageous
Knowledge of P45's, P46's, P11D's, RTI's also ideal

The role:

Processing multiple payrolls on a weekly basis in a small team
Raising manual invoices
Dealing with queries from our customer service team/workers and clients
Completing weekly figures reports to reconcile against invoices
Processing P45's (New starters & Leavers), P46's, P11D's
Maintaining holiday accrual reports
Completing leavers reports & AWR reports on a weekly basis

8:30am - 5:30pm
21 days holiday + bank holidays
